The Bar Opens at 12 Noon
You’re welcome to enjoy a pre-wedding drink at The Bar from 12 noon. Card payments accepted.
Our bar is exclusively for the use of invited wedding guests on the day of the wedding you are attending.
Please note that we do not serve bar food; if you’d like a bite to eat before making your way over to us we can recommend these nearby establishments:
Check-in Times Vary
Check-in times vary from 12 noon to 2pm dependent on the room you have booked.
Staff are available from 12 noon to assist you.
Should the civil ceremony at The Mill Barns be later than 2pm the check-in desk and changing rooms will remain open until the ceremony time.
Should we be expecting the wedding party late afternoon following a church ceremony, please make your way to the check-in desk upon arrival at The Mill Barns to collect your rooms keys.
If you are an evening guest arriving later, please make your way into the venue where our bar staff will be pleased to assist you in checking in.
Changing Rooms
We have two Changing Rooms available from 12 Noon on the wedding day, which you are very welcome to use.
Located within the wedding venue, they’re a great option if you’d like to get your glad rags on prior to your specified bedroom check-in time.
Check-in times vary, once you’ve booked a room please refer to your Booking Confirmation email for clarification of your earliest check-in time.
The Guest Bedrooms
Our ultra-cool, stylish and practical guest bedrooms are located just off the Guest Lounge.
Incredibly comfortable and wonderfully convenient, they’re perfect for a one night stay after the wedding, before joining friends and loved ones for breakfast the next morning.
With Free WiFi, a 32” TV, luxury toiletries, a hairdryer, bottled water, crisp new bed linen & fluffy towels included.
Double, Twin and Family Rooms available.
Free WiFi – No Password Needed
We’ve provided Free WiFi throughout The Mill Barns for your convenience. There’s no password required just hop on!
Due to its rural location there is very little network phone coverage at The Mill Barns, we recommend you enable WiFi calling if you can.
Hot Drinks Station
The Hot Drinks Station is located within The Guest Lounge and opens once The Bar closes late evening.
Overnight guests are invited to make their way down to The Guest Lounge after the wedding celebrations draw to a close. Once there, guests can wind down after with a delicious hot drink, enjoying the company of fellow overnight guests before retiring to bed.
The Hot Drinks Station remains open until breakfast service begins, the following morning.
Breakfast is served from 8:00am to 9:30am
Breakfast at The Mill Barns is a sociable affair. Our breakfast room features large dining tables to accommodate a number of fellow guests; ideal for sharing your wedding day recollections.
From 8:00 to 9:30am, we offer a delicious cooked breakfast; bacon and sausages, free range scrambled egg, hash browns and Heinz baked beans; as well as a selection of continental pastries, cereals, fresh fruit, a selection of fruit juices and lots of freshly brewed tea and coffee.
Check-out is 10.30am
Please ensure that you have checked-out and vacated The Mill Barns’ grounds by 10.30am the morning after the wedding.
